We were very pleased with your report.  The roofing issue has been taken care of and we are set to close on the house in early July.  Your thorough report allowed us to ask for $1750 in concessions for the roof...which is in poor condition and not something Joe and I noticed.   Thanks! David

Kyle,   Your inspectors did a super job.   On the house on Medina River (Jeff Prokaski did the inspection) there was already an existing inspection and didn't point out most of the problems with the house.  My clients would have bought the house and later regret not having their own inspection. The roof needed to be replaced and there was damage to decking and mold, we are getting a new roof!
